Hannigan didn’t realize Julianne Hough has kicked off her Sunday shoes.

But the movie was remade in 2011, starring Hough as preacher’s daughter Ariel.
Hannigan was evidently thinking of the 1984 film, seemingly having no idea the movie was remade.
However, EW critic Lisa Schwarzbaumgave the 2011 film an A-and called it a “thoroughly winning remake.”
But Hannigan will need to kick off more than just her Sunday shoes to live down the mistake.
