Bernthal told Clarkson, pulling her into a hug before going to set the flower arrangement down.
To say Clarkson was touched by the pair’s gesture would be an understatement.

“That’s so nice!”
“You know how long we spent baking that?”
Affleck joked of the desserts they brought.
“And Jon went and got the flowers.”
“I got a cheat card and everything because they didn’t trust me!”
he said, waving the card with all of the meanings in the air for the audience to see.
“And I was super scared I was gonna drop ‘em.
But then the peony is for prosperity, good luck, and good health.”
