Attorneys for the reality TV personality say the incident “has been entirely blown out of proportion.”
Chrisley was charged with simple battery and released on a $10,000 bond.

He did not assault anyone.

The manager claims that Chrisley then slapped him in the face two times.
Chrisley was no longer at the scene by the time authorities arrived.
Police also released audio from the manager’s 911 call.
In the recording, the caller can be heard repeatedly telling someone, “Do not touch me.”
The caller says, “There’s a guest I’m trying to ask to leave politely.
The police report also indicates that the bar manager has video of the incident from security cameras.
He also starred in the spinoffGrowing Up Chrisleywith his sister Savannah for four seasons.
The couple wereconvicted of bank fraud and tax evasionearlier that year, afterfirst being indictedin 2019.
