We wouldn’t put it past Marvel.
The larger cinematic universe has been leaning heavily into this concept of parallel dimensions with recent titles.
In short, things were already getting weird.
Deadpool 3reunites Reynolds and Jackman in their Marvel roles after 2009’sX-Men Origins: Wolverine.
Hence the new Dogpool image.

The film is still on Disney’s release calendar to hit theaters May 3, 2024.
