“I first want to address the massive elephant in the room,” DeMayo said in the video.

“These allegations of egregious misconduct are false,” he continued.
No specific reason was given at the time, but he was abruptly pulled from press commitments.

The fan art in question featured an illustration of a shirtless DeMayo wearing Cyclops attire.
A source close to the situation told EW that the investigation involved sexual misconduct.
