“I created three different types of creepers: the mama, the juniors, and the babies.
Three different age groups of creepers,” Bong explains through his interpreter, Sharon Choi.
“All three groups started from the idea of a croissant.
I gave the creature designer a photo of a croissant.
Mama, she’s this great negotiator politician.
With the juniors, who do quite a bit of rolling around, the team referred to armadillos.
That’s what I thought [of].”
