Zachery Ty Bryanhas begun the new year with another run-in with the law.
Representatives for Bryan didn’t immediately respond to EW’s request for comment Friday.
The arrest marks Bryan’s third in the past 12 months.

In October, he was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and driving without a valid license.
Before that, he wasarrested in Februaryon a felony DUI charge and a misdemeanor contempt of court charge.
Bryan reflected on the 2020 incident in aninterview withThe Hollywood Reporterin 2023.

“We didn’t even really get that physical,” he said.
“We got really loud.
He added, “Zach is a great kid who has grown into a complex man.
All you could do is step aside and let somebody go through their process.
I don’t know what happens when people get corrupted.
You just don’t know.”
Aside from seven credited appearances on the 2022 superhero seriesThe Guardians of Justice (Will Save You!
), Bryan has not acted in film or on TV since 2009.
