Bryan was previously arrested in February on a felony DUI charge and a misdemeanor contempt of court charge.

Bryan publicly addressed his 2020 arrest, which followed an altercation with his girlfriend, in 2023.

Allen addressed his onscreen son’s recent legal issues in the same 2023 interview withTHR.
“I don’t know what’s going on with him,” theSanta Clausestar said.
