“The confrontation began between the victim and one of the minibike riders over possible damage to his vehicle.
Three to four additional minibike riders jumped in and assaulted the motorist.
One of the minibike riders is captured swinging an object at the victim, nearly striking him.
The victim and his child did not sustain any serious injuries.”

Ziering noted then that he was thankful for the support of his community.
Ziering was with Penna, his daughter with ex-wife Erin Ludwig, when the incident took place.
The two also share an older daughter, Mia.
