In January, she used her appearance onTodayto ask Academy brass if they planned to call her.
“Im going to ask them!”
Curtis toldHoda Kotbwhen the host asked if she was gearing up to take the Oscars stage.
Turning to the camera, Curtis made her plea: “Oscar people, am I presenting?
Would you c’mon call?
I’d like to get a dress, and I’d like to arrange things.”
Thankfully, it seems the Academy called just in time for Curtis to arrange for a dressanda burger.
