Joey Molland, the rock guitarist and last surviving member of the group Badfinger, has died.

Badfingers popularity waned by the latter half of the ’70s, as their album sales lagged.

The band faced further financial hardship due to embezzlement committed by their manager, Stan Polley.

He remained active with the band until his death.

It immediately shot up the charts and saw a 9000 percent increase in streams on Spotify.

Today it’s in the charts, and yesterday it was kind of like an oldies record.”

He continued, “You’ve got to take these things as they come, you know?

It could be just a big flash in the pan.

People getting interested in the band and the music is just great.

Who knows, maybe people will start looking at Badfinger records again.”
