Majors faces up to one year in prison and will be sentenced Feb. 6.

The film was originally in development at Lionsgate, but the studio is no longer involved.
The project may now be brought to other distributors by producersPhil Lord,Chris Miller, and Aditya Sood.
Rodman himself is on board as an executive producer.
He has maintained his innocence.
Disney, which owns Marvel Studios, has alsopulled the actor’s once-buzzy Sundance filmMagazine Dreamsfrom its release calendar.
Majors was acquitted of two other counts of assault and aggravated harassment.
“I’m an athlete,” he added.
“I’m a sportsman.
I know my body.
I know how it moves.
I know my strength, or lack thereof, you know?
None of that was employed on her.”
