The “Today” anchor is entering her grandma era.
Katie Couriclearned she was going to be a grandmother with a little help fromTaylor Swift.
In a video shared on Instagram, the duo delivered some big news through rather unexpected means.

In the clip, Couric and her daughters participate in the time honored Swiftie tradition of wearing friendship bracelets.
Though Couric initially laughs it off, her expression shifts to disbelief as she looks around.
Ellie Monahan then interjects with the big announcement: “I’m pregnant!”
“You are?”
Couric asks, shocked.
“Are you freaked out?”
Monahan replies, to which Couric says No, and stands to congratulate her daughter.
This will be the first child for Monahan and husband Mark Dobrosky, whowed in 2021.
Though the reveal dates back to several months ago, Couric has kept mum about her daughters big news.
She later shared pictures of the trio on Instagram, along with video highlights from the concert.
