After nearly 2,300 episodes, Monaco will make her final appearance this fall.
The Soap Opera online grid reported that McCall will be “killed off” the show.
She previously had been recognized for her 300-plus episodes onPort Charles.
The show launched in 1963 and holds the Guinness World Record for the longest-running American soap opera in production.
