The former heavyweight champion has been recovering from an ulcer flare-up.

The streamer announced Friday that the event previouslyscheduled for July 20 will be postponedto later this year.

Netflix will honor previously purchased tickets for the fight on the new date.

In the coming weeks, more details about the postponed match will be provided.

It will mark Tyson’s first competitive match since his 2005 loss to Kevin McBride.
