Another Blockhead risked her life to do it.”
At the concert, Wahlberg was the first to notice the sign.
The band then brought the sign onstage and made an announcement.
Fellow NKOTB fan, a.k.a.
Blockhead, Christina Meyer of Wisconsin, reached out and offered Crockett her kidney.
“I saw her banner and we kind of talked briefly while we were there,” Meyer said.
“I’m happy to be able to do this for her.”
Meyer’s kidney was shipped from Wisconsin to Los Angeles for Crockett to have her surgery on Aug. 31.
