The split comes less than two weeks after Chigvintsev wasarrested at homeon charges of corporal injury to spouse.
He was subsequently released on $25,000 bail.
Neither Chigvinstev, 42, nor Garcia, 40, has publicly spoken about the arrest.
At the time she was engaged to fellow wrestlerJohn Cena, but they ended their relationship in July 2018.
Garcia and Chigvintsev revealed they were dating in early 2019.
By November of that year, they were engaged.
Their son, Matteo, was born in July 2020, and the couple married two years later.
