The comedian said he intends to keep only two or three from the expansive collection.

“They’re almost gone,” said Davidson, calling the removal process “horrible.”

Davidson said he had about 200 tattoos at one point.

“I was a sad boy,” he said.

“It was a weird time.”

He later added, “Yeah, I don’t know.

Everybody was getting tattoos like five years ago.

It’s unclear which method of tattoo removal Davidson has undergone, but the most common is laser removal.

“He got me in,” said Davidson.

“And then I auditioned, did standup, and somehow got it.”

Davidson appeared as a cast member between 2014 and 2022.

“After my first year, I actually called for a meeting with Lorne.

I was like, ‘c’mon fire me,'” recalled Davidson in the doc.

“I was like, ‘I don’t belong here.

Everybody here is so talented and they don’t want to be my friend.’

I was a child.”

And “he was right,” added Davidson.
