Cohen was then rushed off stage into an awaiting ambulance that would get him to safety.
The security guard said, Lets go!
Go, go, go!
Shut the door, lets go!
And I see the director Jason Woliner running and hes being chased by some of these guys with guns.
Despite his security teams orders, Cohen requested that they wait for Woliner.
Youve locked all the doors?
He goes, Yeah, absolutely.
At that point, one of the doors gets pulled open and they start trying to pull me out.
Cohen had to think quickly to get to avoid getting sucked into the crowd.
And, he soon found out, that was only the beginning.
So that was the last kind of week ofBorat 2.
It was quite intense.
He also spoke about the scene while Zoom-ing intotheLate Showin 2020.
They tried to storm the stage.
