Isabel May landed the role in the revamped next slasher sequel.
Scream 7is turning into a Prescott family affair.
The revamped sequel in the slasher franchise will introduce the daughter ofNeve Campbell’s Sidney Prescott.

Isabel May, an actress fromYellowstonespinoffs1883and1923, landed the role,Entertainment Weeklyhas learned.
His casting is not official, however.
“I’m waiting on the script,” the actor said on theTodayshow in October.

“I haven’t seen anything yet, so we’ll see what happens,” he added.
May is known for playing Elsa Dutton, a main character and narrator on the twoYellowstoneprequel series.
She also recently appeared in the movieMasters of the Air.
