Sean “Diddy” Combshas been arrested following a grand jury indictment,Entertainment Weeklyhas confirmed.
Combs was arrested the evening of Sept. 16 in Manhattan.
The charges are not immediately clear.

The development is the latest in a legally tumultuous year for Combs.

The rapper has denied these allegations.
Combs criticized the move as agross overuse of military-level forcein a statement via his attorney the following day.
