Both are accused of committing fraud and theft.

Attorney Robert Rosenblatt is representing both Kingston and Turner, according to theAssociated Press.
“We are aware of some of the allegations being made against the two,” Rosenblatt said.
Turner was arrested during a raid of his 14,000-square-foot home, where authorities reportedly removed items of value.
Kingston is on a two-year probation period for “trafficking stolen property,” per the AP.
Turner pleaded guilty in 2006 to bank fraud and served nearly 1.5 years in prison.
She was held at the Broward jail on a bond of $160,000.
