Coon agreed, pointing out how the different ending was actually foreshadowed back in the premiere.
“In seasons 1 and 2, you’ve always seen the bodies,” she said.
“This is much more of a mystery.
It’s different, it doesn’t actually start the same way.
And then you’re like, ‘Oh yeah, there’s a dead body!’
when you get to the ending, but you forgot there was a dead body.
It’s really amazing.”
“It was like driving really fast.
Because I had cared about everyone.
And then as it happened and who was dying, I was really sad and I cried.
It’s really beautifully done.”
“We were all worried whether or not we’re going to make it,” she added.
These are all works in progress.”
“It could be anyone,” she warned.
But I think it’s going to be surprising where they end up as a couple.
It’s beautiful.”
“And if you start to tell them, which I never do, they then stop you immediately.
