The ‘Girls Trip’ star allegedly fell asleep at the wheel early Friday morning.
Tiffany Haddishis facing DUI charges after she was arrested in Beverly Hills early this morning, EW has learned.
They added that Haddish is expected to be released later today.

A rep for Haddish did not immediately respond to EW’s request for comment.
TMZ was thefirst to report the news.
She alsopreviously announced on social mediathat she would be attending the event.
They then located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop.
“Subsequent investigation led to Ms.Tiffany Haddishbeing arrested for Driving Under the Influence,” authorities told the outlet.
“She was transported to the Fayette County Jail without incident.”
Haddish is scheduled to go to trial over the prior DUI charge on Dec. 4.
