I remember I hated every minute being at theHarvardLampoon.”

Poehler then explained the context of the duo’s visit.

“The Harvard Lampooninvites you up and they kind of roast you,” she said.

“No, they’re not good at it,” she said.

And this was definitely an example where we both were like, ‘We don’t like this.’

And they make you go through this kind of initiation.

And I mean, I wasn’t in a sorority in college, I don’t get it."

Poehler clarified that Jost didn’t actually participate in the proceedings.

“Baby Jost was there.

He was the baby,” she said.

“We didn’t get a Jost roast.”

Fey said her spotty memory prevented her from recalling any of the individuals present at the event.

“I don’t remember any of the actual people that roasted us,” she said.

Poehler, on the other hand, has held one roaster in her mind for more than 20 years.

“I remember the face of one guy,” she revealed.

Fey asked if she had any further context.

“Has he gone on to work in comedy?”

Poehler responded, “I don’t believe he has.”
