Pomeroy’s body was seen by people canoeing nearby, and they called 911.

“The female was identified as Naomi Pomeroy, missing since July 13, 2024.
Deputies released Naomi to a funeral home and notified her family of the recovery.”
Pomeroy went on to cook elsewhere.
