Dean’s death has been ruled an accident.
The medical examiner has not made their full autopsy public.
Jacobs toldRolling Stonein September this all started after the actress complained of “minor” symptoms.
Soon after, she asked her fiance, Luke Volker, to take her to the emergency room.
“We still aren’t entirely sure [what happened],” he added.
“There’s an autopsy being done which we know might take quite a while.
But what we have heard [is that] there was a viral infection in her lungs.”
Dean made her film debut in 2010’sStud, which starred Troye Sivan.
The movie was released in October.
