Burrell’s fatherly instincts kicked in.
“I said no, no more.
I got to play dad.
I got to play TV dad,” said the father of two.
“I was like, ‘You’re done.
You’re done.’
But that was probably the most dad moment I got to be with Nolan.”
Burrell even recalled that he himself was “really scared” about the rapids.
But he acknowledged, “I’m a wimp.”
Ferguson kindly termed it “gentle.”
He added, “You’re a gentle little flower.”
