The DJ was booked the same night he and girlfriend Ally Lewber attended Kathy Hilton’s Christmas party.
Vanderpump Rulesstar James Kennedy was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence this week in Southern California.
Kennedy was booked on misdemeanor domestic violence and has since posted bail.

Formal charges are pending review by the Burbank City Attorney’s Office.
The identity of the woman involved in the dispute has not been made public.
A representative for Kennedy didn’t immediately respond to EW’s request for comment Thursday.

Earlier this year, Lewber appeared onVPRstar Scheana Shay’sScheananiganspodcastand denied rumors that Kennedy had been physically abusive toward her.
“That makes me really sad, because no, I’m good.
That never happened,” Lewber said.
“There was no physical altercation.
Yes, we were in the car together.
I thought we were having fun.
But then James and I did get into an argument, but there was no physical assault.”
So that didn’t happen…
I’m good and I’m safe and I love him."
“We’ve been the best that we’ve ever been,” she said.
