“I love that the whole time, hes not acting,” Ferrell opined.
“Hes truly annoyed with me.
Like, ‘Will this guy shut the f— up?
So I literally drove him crazy in that movie, just acting like that kid.”
The actor also noted that the film originally intended for Caans grumpy father character to become more visibly angry.
And he was totally right.
He had plotted where his performance was gonna go."
